Important Information

About The Upcoming Christmas Holidays At this time of year we face a number of obstacles whilst performing our regular maintenance visits. As we are sure you are aware with Monday 26th, Tuesday 27th December and Monday 2nd January being a bank holiday there will be reduced amount of time to tend to your plant displays.

Please rest assured that we will make every effort to attend your site as normal; however there may be irregular intervals between your visits. We hope you understand these circumstances are beyond our control and this will have very limited or no impact on your plant displays. We will be closed Monday 26th - Jan 2nd. In line with our environmental policy as many maintenance visits as possible are carried out via public transport. Due to industrial action we regret to inform you that some of your maintenance visits may be postponed, rearranged or missed. We will do everything we can to rearrange these visits ASAP

Office Shutdowns - Please Keep The Heating ON

We would appreciate your help over this period by keeping a constant temperature throughout the office.

Do NOT turn the heating off in rooms in which plants are present.

Maintain good levels of light by NOT closing blinds or curtains.

Charges may apply where plants have been damaged due to not maintaining the agreed environmental conditions.

Treacherous conditions on the roads and strikes of workers across the UK also mean lack of gritting. Rail strikes increase the numbers of cars on the roads. With this in mind please bear with us if maintenance visits have to be postponed or rearranged.
